Distributions Out of Balance

When entering AP or AR transactions, viewing the distributions can lead to a Distributions Out of Balance error.  Seems that once the distributions for an AR or AP transaction are viewed, any changes to the transaction such as adding freight or changing the purchase amount or costs will not be reflected in the distributions.  While the distributions displayed will be in balance, the distributions will not match the amounts of the transaction.

In most cases, this can be fixed by displaying the distributions again and clicking on the Default button.  This will erase the current distributions and recalculate them from the transaction.

SOP sales transactions and POP receiving transactions do not have this issue.
