Accolade Reseller Information

Accolade's books are used by many of the top partners throughout the world. If you are a Microsoft Dynamics partner, consultant, independent trainer, or training center, then you can become a reseller of our top-notch publications. Accolade publishes not only our famous line of Documentation for End Users, but we also have a series of training workbooks ready for immediate use in your training center.

If you are an existing Accolade reseller, simply log-in with your user ID and password to receive your special pricing and access to our training materials. If you are not yet an Accolade reseller, then click on the sign-up link on this page and submit an application. There is no fee to become an Accolade reseller, but your firm MUST be either a Microsoft Dynamics Partner, an independent consultant supporting MS Dynamics products for more than one customer, a training center, an independent trainer, or a book-seller. Your job is to support your clients from their initial implementation through day-to-day support and for the life of the software. As you probably know, Accolade publishes a series of books designed to help you teach your clients how to best use MS Dynamics ERP and CRM products. What you may not realize is that Accolade is dedicated to supporting Microsoft Partners. You may ask, then....


How can Accolade Help YOU?


1.  Train and Support Your New Users...

Accolade's books are written from the user's perspective. Users don't want to know how to install the product... That is your job. They don't want to know how to configure the product... That is your job too! Users want to know: How to use the product. How to enter and process orders. How to print reports. How to generate financial statements. Using our books to support your training, your clients will learn not only how to use the product but also how it works. Our books are designed to support you to support your clients.

2.  Hold Training Seminars...

Some partners host routine training seminars. Accolade has a special selection of training manuals designed for 1/2-day to one-day seminars. These booklets make holding seminars easy. All you need is a consultant that can train and our books. If you don't currently hold training seminars, we have everything you need to get started. Call our office, and talk to our Director of Sales and Marketing about this program. 

3.  Publicize Your Events...

The Events Calendar on our web site gets hundreds of visitors per day. If you are hosting an event (training class, customer appreciation day, whatever), then get it listed on our Calendar. It is free publicity for you! Please contact our Director of Sales and Marketing for details.

4.  Support Your Events...

Hosting an event? Accolade can provide speakers, trainers, door prizes, and promotion. Hosting a trade show and need exhibitors? We can help!

5.  Sell Our Books...

Of course, you can make money just selling our books. You can purchase them at a discount as a partner and resell them at retail. You can also list us on your website and make money from our sales through our Affiliate Program. Call us and ask how.

Partner status earns qualified Dynamics Resellers, trainers, and booksellers discounts on purchases, enabling you to sell our books to your clients at a profit. Additionally, Accolade Partners have access to pre-written training and seminar materials, are able to post news events on our site, and post events on our calendar.   You can also hang an affiliate link on your web site and earn commissions on purchases made directly by endusers that visit your site.

To become an Accolade Partner, you must be a reseller of one or more of the software products found in our books, a training center not associated with an end user, an independent trainer, an independent software consultant supporting one of the products we cover, an ISV, or a library or bookstore.  Once you complete the Partner Status Upgrade Request, we will verify your firm's eligibility.
