MS Dynamics GP 2013 R2 has a new feature and a major upgrade to a feature released earlier.
SmartList Designer allows users to build basic Smart Lists combining new tables and selecting new default fields. This tool, while not as strong as the eOne SmartList Builder, is included in Version 2013 R2 at no cost. All that is needed is documentation.
The Document Attachment system, introduced in Version 2013 has been upgraded to allow documents attached to inventory items, customers, and/or vendors to automatically flow through the sales orders or purchase orders. This allows a firm to create, for example, a certificate of complience or certificate of origin, attach it to the inventory item, and have it automatically attached to any sales order containing that item. All that is needed is documentation.
